The Castellarin's was born in 1958 thanks to Osvaldo Castellarin. After, his son Franco started running it and in 1973 his wife Mery started her collaboration. Since 1996 the company was run by the three business parteners Raffaele, Fabrizio and Mery. In 2014 Nadia replaced Mery. In the beginning the company was just a bakery, but soon after a pastry lab was added.
